Customers are required to communicate with Organics Buddy directly in the UNFI Easy Options website and Organics Buddy will respond using the Marketplace Portal.
Organics Buddy will address all claims submitted within 15 calendar days of the customer receiving the order. For items that the carrier marks as lost or damaged in transit or return to sender, Organics Buddy will address claims submitted within 30 calendar days of the order date.
Organics Buddy may accept returns that are submitted within the claim period. No returns are acceptable without an Organics Buddy prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer. Returns will be processed directly and not through any UNFI locations.
Organics Buddy will offer the customer a refund or replacement item in the event that an item is damaged or defected, an item is not delivered, the incorrect item is delivered, an item is expired, or the item did not match the image/description. Organics Buddy will not require customer to return the product in these scenarios, but may require a photo. Organics Buddy will submit a refund request within 24 hours of resolving a claim.
Organics Buddy does not accept or process backorders.
