The main idea behind our signature SMOKED DRIED wild caught sardines is one borne out of the desire to do better; to better preserve the rich flavor of a fish that is loved by millions all over the world, to better present the fish in a shelf stable snackable format, packaged in a resealable pouch that is easy to carry about without the collateral of the traditional cans. These motivations have led us to carefully create products that retain the original taste of sardines, without masking it with sweeteners or artificial flavors.
