Where we ship to
We ship to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any address outside of the continental United States.
We do not ship to Post Office boxes, as they cannot be serviced by UPS Ground.
Where we ship from
We ship products from one or more of our five eCommerce distribution centers, located in Hudson Valley, N.Y., Philadelphia, Pa., Auburn, Calif., Gilroy, Calif. and Racine, Wis.
When orders are submitted, we will route your order to the warehouse closest to your delivery location with available inventory. If inventory is not available at a warehouse near your delivery address, we will incur the additional cost and no additional charges will be made on your account.
Depending upon order size and distance, your order will either arrive via UPS, UPS SurePost (in partnership with USPS), or LTL delivered via ABF Freight. In the case that your order ships via ABF Freight, we will reach out to you to verify the delivery address and requirements prior to shipment.
The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days from when the order was originally placed, depending on shipping and delivery locations.
Please allow additional delivery time for orders shipped a significant distance from your delivery location or for special carrier requirements (e.g., no receiver present, signature required, etc.). We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Your estimated shipping costs will appear at checkout. Shipping costs are based on weight.

As of January 1, 2019 our introductory free shipping promotion has ended.
Orders of $1,500 or more now have a discounted flat-rate shipping charge of $99.95.
Our shipping charge is based on product weight.
After you place your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Tracking information will also be available in My Account when you click "View Order." Some products may ship separately. You will receive a separate email for each shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.
